Should United States abolish the Death Penalty or should not? (second semester)

Every country in the world has death penalty. There are different ways to give a person death penalty such as using gun, drowning, beating to death, burning alive, and impalements. United States has the painless death penalty. They use gun to give people death penalty. The United States’ judges think painless death penalty is easier and quicker. The death penalty makes humans sound evil. However, I agree that the death penalty should not be abolished because those people will never discontinue killing people and all the denizens of one country will never feel safe. Therefore, the death penalty should not be abolished.
The people make a rotation to killing people. They killed a person first. They think that nothing happened and they decided to continue kill people. It is like a person gives you a candy. You tasted it and you like it and you decided to ask for another candy.  The main purpose to give a person death penalty is helping them to discontinue kill people. If the judge didn’t give them death penalty, they will think that killing people is a right thing to do.  It’s like using dugs, once they use the dugs and will never discontinue. On the newspaper, we always see people died because of crime member fought with each other. One of the News from newspaper is talking about the killing rotation. The police asked one man from the crime about what happened for the man that just died; he said “He got beating to death. Today is his turn. Each day, one person in the crime will get beating to death for practice. It is like a killing rotation. Thank you, police man. You saved my life. Maybe tomorrow is my turn. Ha-ha.”  I feel very uncomfortable every time when I read this kind of news and feel very bad for those people that died.

The death penalty makes people feel safer and more comfortable to live around city. They don’t have to worry next minute get kill by someone. One of my friends always feels like she is in danger. One of the days, I decided to ask her about what really happened to her. She asked me if everyday I can walk home with her. I thought something must be wrong. Three weeks later, we get to know each other; she suddenly said that she is going to other school. I asked her the reason. After I heard the reason about her changing school, I couldn’t believe her. She told me that some people are trying to find her family and want to kill her family. I decided to let her go home by herself one time. She said she will wait for me until I am done with tutorial. Before she changed school, I went to her house and she told me that she wants to die because she feels very uncomfortable and not safe. I don’t really know how to help her and it was the last time that I talk to her. Safety is the most important thing. Give those killers death penalty will make the entire community safer. Without death penalty, the world will be a very danger.
If United States is not abolishing an effective and quick death penalty system, then it would put off crime and save more lives. The problem is that United States doesn’t used death penalty very often, and when United States used it takes more than ten years for the actual execution we cannot see its limit effect in America. A killer who is executed has a 0% chance of committing another murder, because when someone is put to jail for his entire life there is a chance of jail escape or murder of a jail protector. Fear of putting blameless men to death has been lowered extensively with new forensic tools, and the legality of it is no longer questioned. It only makes sense for America not to abolish the death penalty.
